Dr. Rohit Baghel, who serves as President and CEO of GDS, has over 12 years of healthcare experience, with over 8 years in senior management positions. Dr. Baghel completed his dental schooling in India, then moved to the US to complete his Master's in Healthcare Administration from a reputed institution in Pennsylvania, USA. He is settled in Chicago and works for five dental offices as an Operational Manager with a vision to simplify dental office procedures and help them achieve the highest revenue through various channels, one of which is outsourcing dental insurance verification and claiming the highest reimbursements.

Dr. Baghel has a thorough understanding of the multiple challenges that a dental office faces; many of them are high-cost-associated, such as choosing the correct vendors, insurance negotiations, over- and understaffing, and many more, which play a critical role in the success of the dental business. His expertise and knowledge in this field have helped numerous dental offices significantly jump their collections up to 57% within a year, and under his vision, many service providers have realigned their strategies to improve their performances both clinically and managerially.
